M-Ticket is a service that allows event organisers to sale tickets online and USSD. Customers pay for e-ticket from their Mobile Money accounts and receive e-ticket with a QR Code on SMS or email depending on the option the client prefers to receive the e-ticket. An event organizer has a back-end portal where they view real-time sales.

The downloaded tamper proof e-ticket is presented to the verification team scanned and entrance granted to the client. Once a ticket is scanned it’s marked as used and cannot be reused.
