  2. The Bulk Payments service (B2C) enables an organization to make payments/disbursements from a given Bulk Payment Account Holder to mobile phones of individuals in real time at the click of a button.
  3. Which services can B2C be used for?
  4. For organization payroll, paying casual labourers, used for sending funds on emergency, when contingencies arise.
  5. How can I register for this service?
  6. Once a contract is signed one is automatically registered.
  7. What do I need to apply for B2C?
  8. A National Identity Card, Trading License/Certificate of Incorporation
  9. How do I check B2C product for a short code on Sharapay?
  10. Customer receives SMS indicating receipt of funds. Customer can also check their new mobile money wallet balance.
  11. How does an organisation deposit funds into the electronic account to make payments?
  12. The organisation banks into the Trade Lance bank account. Trade Lance then credits the equivalent on the organisations account.
  13. Which channels are used to make payments on B2C?
  14. The payment channel is from the organisations mobile money account to the recipients’ mobile money wallet.
  15. What are the B2C charges?
  16. The charges vary with the amount being disbursed. Details included in contact document.
  17. Can I pay to different telecom SIM cards?
  18. Yes. The charges are the same for all simcards.
  19. Can I use B2C to make payments from my organization wallet to another organization wallet?
  20. No. Bulk Payment wallets can only be credited after banking to the Trade Lance bank account.
