SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER(1)
Job Summary
The sales and distribution manager will manage the execution and implementation of the sales and distribution strategy with the company.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan result oriented activities like trade activations including branding agent locations as well as communicate cost benefit to stakeholders
-Develop strategies to increase sales as well as distribution channels
-Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports
-Recruit and train lycamobile agents and distributors
-Recruit 252 agents
- Foster good partner relationships between Lycamobile and Trade Lance
- Address challenges met by agents and distributors with the sales team and management
Qualifications, skills and Experience
-Minimum degree in business administration or commerce or related field
-3-5 years’ experience in sales and distribution in a telecom industry or service related industry
-Good verbal and written skills emphasis on tact and diplomacy
-Good problem solving skills with the ability to create a win win situation while attaining numbers and outcome
-Multitask orientated with an ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
-Proven track record of hitting targets and building partnerships.
